Your privacy, at our table.

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and — for bookings — the details needed to reserve your seat at a table: the experience you're attending, the number of guests, and your payment confirmation. Hosts additionally provide a hosting profile, menu details, and the approximate location of their table.

If you use the Tu Casa iPhone app, we may collect device information and approximate location to show experiences near you. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

We use your information to run the marketplace: processing reservations, connecting guests with hosts, sending booking confirmations and reminders, handling payments, preventing fraud, and improving the product.

We may send occasional updates about experiences near you. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time — essential booking messages will still be sent.

When you book an experience, the host of that experience sees the name and contact details needed to welcome you into their home. Hosts see guest names for their own tables only. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we share data with payment processors and service providers only as needed to operate the platform.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your personal profile, while records we must keep for legal or payment purposes are retained as required by law.
