The house rules.
These terms set out how the Tu Casa marketplace works for guests and hosts alike.
Using Tu Casa
Tu Casa is a marketplace that connects guests with people hosting dining experiences in their homes. When you book an experience, you're entering into an agreement with the host — Tu Casa facilitates the booking, payment, and reviews. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make reservations.
Bookings, payments & refunds
Prices are set by hosts and displayed per guest. Your seat is reserved when your payment is confirmed. Guests may cancel according to the cancellation window shown on each experience; refunds for cancellations outside that window are at the host's discretion. If a host cancels, you receive a full refund.
For hosts
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety and hygiene of the food they serve, and compliance with local food, safety, and licensing rules. Hosts must treat all guests with respect and honor confirmed reservations. Tu Casa may remove listings or accounts that violate these terms or our community standards.
Respect at the table
Tu Casa experiences happen in people's homes. Guests must respect the host's space, house rules, and fellow guests. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior of any kind is grounds for immediate account removal.
Liability & changes
Tu Casa provides the platform but does not own or operate the homes or the dinners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tu Casa's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
